The Professional Leadership Certifica- tion at Somerville College Oxford brought together global participants for three days of deep reflection, strategic communication, and resilience-build- ing. Building upon the third session, this workshop encouraged a deeper exploration of purpose. Partici- pants revisited their reflections, refining their understanding through guided coaching. This approach reinforced the importance of self-inquiry. As participants verbalized their insights, they gained a clearer understanding of how purpose shapes leadership. Through intentional dialogue, delegates discovered the subconscious motivations that drive their professional and personal deci- sions. The paired coaching format allowed them to challenge assumptions, broaden perspectives, and uncover deeper layers of self-awareness.
